Michael Weaver works with owners of closely held businesses and key employees in the areas of business planning, protection and succession. His practice includes the design of specialized employer and employee benefits including qualified plans and non-qualified deferred compensation arrangements. A significant portion of his practice deals with construction and restaurant related businesses and he is a participant in several related trade associations. In addition, he works with high net worth individuals on personal investment management, protection and estate planning issues.
Mike is CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM certificant, a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and has been named multiple times in Texas Monthly Magazine as a “Five – Star” Wealth Manager* – Best in Client Satisfaction - for the Dallas Forth Worth Area. In addition he holds the “Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy” (CAP®) designation from The American College.
Mike is a graduate of Texas A&M University. He and his wife are a longtime residents of Dallas. He enjoys tennis and is active in his church and other community activities.
